thinkphp的cron計劃任務的實現,利用THINKPHP自帶的cli,加上數據庫執行記錄(記錄任務的報錯,成功)。
在服務器cron定時任務在網站目錄(不是網站根目錄)執行php cron.php,網站根目錄為Public。
