1、首先按組合鍵“windows+x”，選擇計算機管理，找到服務和應用程序，點擊服務，找到windows update和background intelligent transfer service服務，右鍵停止；
2、然后刪除路徑C:WindowsSoftwareDistributionDataStore和C:WindowsSoftwareDistributionDownload下的所有文件；
3、接著重新開啟Windows update和Background Intelligent Transfer Service服務；
4、最后進入設置，再次嘗試升級更新系統(tǒng)即可。
